High-Quality 180g Vinyl Mastered from the Original Analog Tapes by Chris Bellman at Bernie Grundman Studios and Pressed at RTI!

Jazz Meets Soul in an Act of Spontaneous Combustion! This live album was recorded on June 21, 1969 at the Montreux Jazz Festival in Switzerland. This is One of the Best Live Jazz albums of the era!

Both the Eddie Harris Quartet and the Les McCann Trio performed with great success at the Festival. Later in the week, Eddie and Les felt like playing together. The great American trumpet player, Benny Bailey, who had been living in Europe for several years, was also at Montreux, and he was asked by Eddie and Les to join them in the impromptu jazz concert which can be heard on this album.

LPs cut from the original analog masters, packages replicated to the finest detail, manufactured with more care than every... 180-Gram Rhino Vinyl!

"This is the album that crossed me over from Rock & Pop to Jazz in 1974! Highly Recommended! It changed my life ...for the better!" - Bob Bantz, President Elusive Disc
