180g Vinyl LP!
Mastered From Original Sources!

Previewing Leonard Bernstein’s 100th anniversary and Mischa Maisky’s 70th, both in 2018, Deutsche Grammophon presents the 1984/85 recordings of Schumann’s 3rd Symphony “Rhenish” and Cello Concerto with the Wiener Philharmoniker on 180g vinyl. The grandeur of the “Rhenish” is magnificent, and Bernstein’s vision of the Cologne Cathedral in the 4th movement is simply glorious (Fanfare). Mischa Maisky, (…) plays with great eloquence … This is a glorious performance.
