Celebrating the 50th anniversary of its release, Fantasy Records is re-issuing a limited edition orange vinyl collectible of the original 1964 vinyl album. The product boasts original artwork, including the quirky and iconic original album cover featuring Peanuts characters and Vince Guaraldi, along with reproductions of the 8 x10 lithographs of Peanuts characters that were included in the original album release.

Vince Guaraldi is best known for when he first breathed life into the entire Peanuts gang with a series of compositions that have since become as iconic as the characters themselves in A Charlie Brown Christmas. In A Boy Named Charlie Brown, Guaraldis compositions, augmented by bassist Monty Budwig and drummer Colin Bailey, paint an evocative backdrop to Schulzs cast of engaging and enduring characters.
