Creedence Clearwater Revival is the debut studio album by the American rock band Creedence Clearwater Revival, released in 1968.

Undeniably one of the greatest rock bands of all time, CCR has sold over 50 million albums worldwide since their formation and it all began with this album: 1968s Creedence Clearwater Revival. The album contains rock and blues standards such as Dale Hawkins' Susie Q and Screamin' Jay Hawkins' I Put a Spell on You, (both of which became immediate hits) as well as original material by John Fogerty, who was to emerge as one of rocks most influential songwriters.
