David Johansen, Johnny Thunders, Sylvain Sylvain and the other members of the group perform an electric concert recorded on May 2, 1975 although the recording was not released until 1984. The album was recorded just a month before the group broke up while touring in Florida. The performance was at the "Little Hippodrome" club. Several 'new at the time' songs would show up later on solo records.
