"You guys rock!! Just received the Orbison MFSL's today... Once again, NO CORNER DENTS, SEAM SPLITS OR TORN SHRINK. The packaging is amazing!! Nobody else goes through the effort to DOUBLE BOX a few lps. Well, at least that's the way I remember it 10 months ago. We would not know what the other guys policies are these days because there is need to.
A short story: We were in a local record store lately and found some new titles (Miles 50th and latest Dylan box sets for example). It was really sad because their copies had seam splits and/or dented corners. Almost every title was like that. In this case, we would have liked to support the local shop. Needless to say, we passed and ordered from Elusive Disc (a good portion of our last 2 orders) . Patty's comment was "Just order it from Elusive Disc because we will get perfect copies". And she is right!! Not one piece of music that we have ordered has had anything remotely wrong with it since coming over to Elusive Disc. I know from past experience how hard it is to do this day in and day out.
It is the little extra attention to detail (that the whole staff does) as what puts smiles on our faces every time an Elusive Disc package comes in the mail... By the way, the logo cardboard is a nice touch. Kind regards

"I have to admit it has been a while since we placed an order with Elusive Disc. It was never about any conflict or service related issue, but maybe more about who had the biggest sale or free shipping at the time. It seemed lately that I was returning about fifty percent of my orders because of shipping damage (items packed poorly in my opinion), defective vinyl, corner dents, shrink tears or a myriad of other issues. I personally think I ended up on someone's "B" stock list. I can understand certain circumstances, but the last five or so orders had me having to go the post office and send items back. So much for free shipping and any of the discounts. My evenings were spent packaging up things instead of listening to music."
"Time for a change, my wife said. We compiled a list and gave a call to place an order. What I did not expect, was honest advice, accurate descriptions and first hand product knowledge. Today, we received our order and there really are not enough adjectives in the English language to express our thanks for such a first rate experience! The albums and CDs were perfect!
